In order to achieve the goals set to make Andhra Pradesh a leader in all sectors, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has instructed the officials to fully implement the constituency vision and action plans.

Primarily, coordination between public representatives and officials in administration is of utmost importance and political administration should be implemented effectively at all levels. The Chief Minister has instructed the field-level officials and public representatives to stay away from traditional methods and think innovatively.

Especially, the field-level reviews of public representatives should not be just formal, but transparent and fully accountable to the people. The primary objective of the government is not just to provide financial assistance to the beneficiaries, but to make them financially self-sufficient and lead them towards empowerment The Chief Minister said.

The Chief Minister instructed the officials to work towards increasing the per capita income of the public leaders in each constituency. Chandrababu said that the public representatives, field officers and employees should provide full cooperation to ensure that the industries that have been granted permission are actually established in the respective districts and constituencies.

He called for implementing visionary plans according to local conditions and finding suitable solutions to local problems.

As part of the review of the visionary action plan, the Chief Minister said that Andhra Pradesh is the first state in the country to formulate and implement visionary plans on a constituency-wise basis with ministers, MPs, MLAs, collectors, young experts, knowledge partners and other officials, and has received national recognition.
