The AP government has released Rs 90 crore for the development of All roads to facilitate the movement of pilgrims to the Maha Pavitra Godavari Pushkaram.

The state government has sanctioned funds for the development of major roads for the Godavari Maha Pushkaram. With the aim of developing the roads of the other parts of the state, the government has given importance to roads with a proper plan with these funds.
As part of the arrangements for Godavari Pushkaram in AP next year, the AP government has sanctioned Rs. 90 crores for the development of rural roads. The Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department Kantilal Dande has issued orders granting administrative permissions for the implementation of 111 works.
The construction and reconstruction works of roads will be undertaken with these funds.
