The five-day Karirishti, Varuna Japam and Parjanyashanti Homa organized by TTD for the welfare of world humanity at Tirumala Dharmagiri Veda Vignan Peetham ended with Mahapoornahuti on Thursday.

TTD EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra and Additional EO Sri C.H. Venkaiah Chowdhury participated in this program. On this occasion, Sri Venkateswara Veda Vignan Peetham Principal Sri Kuppa Siva Subrahmanya Avadhani recited Karirishti, Varuna Japam and Parjanyashanti mantras and addressed everyone.

Later, he said that with the divine grace of Srivari, timely and favorable rains will fall across India and all the people will prosper with good dairy crops without the suffering of excessive rain and drought, and these yagas were conducted following the tradition that has been going on for many decades.

He said that for the last five days, 32 sages have grandly organized Varuna Japam and Parjanya Shanti programs with Karirishti and concluded with Mahapoornahuti.
