Rajamahendravaram City MLA Adireddy Srinivas called on everyone to build the India they dreamed of as a result of the sacrifices we are breathing today.
He attended the celebrations organized at the city TDP office on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day as the chief guest. He hoisted the national flag and saluted the flag.
He said that the sacrifices and struggles of great people like Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh and Alluri Sitarama Raju are inspiring for today’s generation.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is moving forward towards development and self-reliance. He said that the coalition government led by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is moving forward by giving equal priority to development and welfare in the state.
He said that his main goal is to take Rajahmundry city on a further path of development. He said that he will continuously work to provide better facilities to the people.
He hoped that the youth are the future of the country and patriotism, discipline and responsible citizenship should be instilled in them. MLA Srinivas called on everyone to take a resolve on issues such as standing united beyond caste, religion and region.

MLA Adireddy Srinivas said that the coming generations should see a greater India, which is the true tribute to the freedom fighters.
