Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh said that the public government is focusing more on the education and medical sectors, the address of the center of excellence is AIG Hospitals, and AIG is working to provide quality medical care to the poor. AIG has a history of 32 years. 1400 beds, 350 ICU beds, 600 doctors, and 10 lakh patients have been treated.
A complete healthcare ecosystem is being built in Visakhapatnam with an investment of Rs. 2,000 crores and a capacity of 1,000 beds, with care, training and research. An outpatient block is being set up with a capacity of 5,000 per day. 50 specialties are being established. 9,000 people will be provided jobs. A thousand doctors will provide services, the minister said on this occasion.
