Andhra Pradesh – Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu participated in the 18th Swarnandhra-Swachhandhra program organized in Gudivada. The CM laid the foundation stone for public health and municipal engineering works worth Rs. 15,274 crores in 120 urban local bodies in the state. Cleanliness is not just about sweeping roads, the real goal is to improve the environment and public health
The CM called for adopting the net zero policy to prevent garbage from coming from home. He suggested adopting a carbon neutral lifestyle and taking steps to convert rainwater falling on the house into groundwater.
He said that the current coalition government is providing governance with the goal of welfare, state development, employment, job creation and wealth creation for all the deserving people. Chandrababu said that he is committed to improving the living standards of the people by maintaining law and order, welfare and income growth.
He revealed that programs like Swachh Patham and Operation Clean Sweep have been taken up to make the state garbage-free by October 2.
We have completed the Pattiseema project and transferred Godavari waters to the Krishna Delta. This time, despite a 48 percent rainfall deficit, even though water is not coming to the Prakasam Barrage from upstream, we are providing water to the delta through Pattiseema. Chandrababu says that we have transferred 450 TMC of water so far and created a wealth of about Rs. 50 thousand crores.
He said that funds will be deposited in the accounts of mothers under the “Talliki Vandanam” scheme between the 22nd and 24th of this month. He said that even if the government does not have money, it has the will to stand by the poor. He said that financial assistance will also be provided to Anganwadi staff and those working in the Swachh Andhra program.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has made it clear that officials and politicians who are negligent in their administrative duties and act against the law will not be spared.
