Earthquake jolted several parts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was reported that the earthquake jolted Gajuwaka, Mangalapalem, Pedawalturu, Arilova, Tatichetlapalem and other areas at 5.05 am on Sunday.

Its intensity was recorded as 4.5 on the Richter scale. Officials have identified that the epicenter of the earthquake is located in the Bay of Bengal, 227 km from Kakinada, at a depth of 10 km.
