AP TDP Chief Palla Srinivas Rao, said that the natural beauties like hills, seashore, rocky cliffs are a great strength of Visakhapatnam, and at the same time, there is a possibility of rapid expansion of the technology sector.
He said that the goal of the coalition government is to develop Visakhapatnam as a city where nature and progress go hand in hand and bring international recognition to the east coast as San Francisco.
He said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s experience, far-sighted plans, and Minister Nara Lokesh’s special focus on the technology sector are helping to bring investments, industries and employment opportunities to the state.
Jagan, who made a splash by declaring Visakhapatnam as the executive capital, accused him of giving priority to real estate interests in that name. He was furious that the leaders of the Godali party, who cannot mention the development work done for the city and North Andhra, are now trying to mislead the people in the name of ‘Save Vizag’.
He demanded a comprehensive investigation into the allegations made during Jagan’s rule regarding the allocation of lands in Rushikonda IT Hill, Lulu Project-related sites, Walther Club, Ramanaidu Studio, Mansas Trust, Dasapalla lands, and Sheelanagar area in Visakhapatnam.
He also demanded that the people be informed of the facts regarding the affairs related to Gangavaram Port, Karthika Vanam, and mineral wealth in Visakhapatnam.
He criticized that the previous government could not achieve the expected progress in key areas such as Bhogapuram Airport, Tribal University, and Petroleum University.
Palla said that the coalition government is moving forward in a planned manner to make Visakhapatnam an international city.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, new opportunities are being created for Uttarandhra by attracting huge investments to the state and bringing world-class companies.
Palla said that Minister Nara Lokesh is taking special initiative in developing Visakhapatnam as a major hub for IT, technology and data centers. He said that Visakhapatnam is paving the way for economic progress by attracting world-class companies to the state, providing a conducive environment for investors, and enhancing skills and employment opportunities for the youth.
He said that investment in Visakhapatnam and increasing employment opportunities for the youth are crucial for the interests of the state.
He advised that it is not right to create obstacles instead of contributing to the development of the city. The goal of the coalition government is to give impetus to the expansion of technological sectors and provide a new future for Uttarandhra.
