Minister Kandula Durgesh has directed the officials to make grand arrangements for the Tourism Day celebrations in Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh.
The Minister met with the officials of the Tourism Department at the Secretariat today. Minister Durgesh directed the officials on the arrangements to be made on behalf of the Tourism Department for the upcoming Godavari Pushkaram.
Special plans to increase in-bound tourists to the state. Road shows in the country and abroad, tourism festivals in the state to ensure tourism throughout the year, the main goal is to make AP a leading tourist destination in the country with the support of the Center under the leadership of CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan.
Minister Kandula Durgesh expressed the hope that DPRs for new tourism projects will be prepared to attract more funds from the Center. The development of the tourism sector will provide huge employment opportunities to the local youth.
