The coalition government is set to launch another ambitious program in the name of crowning the poor. Soon, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will provide regularization pattas to regularize the land worth Rs 9800 crores and the house plots of 24,057 thousand poor families in Vijayawada, which were given decades ago by NTR.
The government is taking steps to regularize the land of poor families living on government lands, hilly areas and canal embankments in Vijayawada and provide ownership rights. It is reported that 24,042 families will be identified in the first phase and pattas will be distributed to about 24 thousand people on September 30.

The pattas that the coalition government is going to distribute, providing full rights, will benefit 12093 BCs, 6130 OCs, 4546 SCs, 955 Muslim BCs, and 333 STs.
Recently Chandrababu Naidu will distribute land titles of Rs 8874 crore to 25,880 poor families who have built houses on government lands and have been living for decades in Visakhapatnam district, giving them full ownership rights over their houses. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will participate in this program. Conveyance deeds and house titles were handed over to eligible beneficiaries in 11 mandals of Visakhapatnam.
